Terms of Service
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements made via solarmask.nl.
2. Offer and prices
All prices are stated including 21% VAT. The price at the time of ordering is binding.
3. Formation of the agreement
An agreement is concluded at the moment you receive a confirmation email after your order.
4. Payment
Payment is made via the available payment methods (iDEAL, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard). Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 2–5 working days after payment. Delivery times are indicative.
6. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. We offer an extended return period of 30 days.
7. Warranty
The SolarMask LED mask carries a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
