Returns within 30 days
You can return your SolarMask LED mask within 30 days of receipt — without giving any reason.
How do I return?
Send an email to contact@solarmask.eu with your order number. We will send you a free return label by email.
Conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund
After receipt and inspection, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 working days via the original payment method.
Defective or wrong product?
Contact us immediately at contact@solarmask.eu. We will send a replacement product at SolarMask's expense or refund the full amount.
