Manufacturer's warranty (2 years)
The SolarMask LED mask comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use in accordance with the instructions.
What is not covered?
Damage caused by dropping, misuse, self-repairs or normal wear is not covered by the warranty. Keep your proof of purchase — we will ask for it in the event of a warranty claim.
Statutory conformity
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, as a consumer you are always entitled to a sound product (statutory conformity). These rights remain fully applicable.
Submitting a warranty claim
Email contact@solarmask.eu with your order number and a short description (and, if possible, photos or a video of the issue). We usually respond within 1 working day and will find a solution together: repair, replacement or refund.
Complaints
Not happy with our product or service? Let us know at contact@solarmask.eu. We take every complaint seriously and respond within 1 working day. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint to the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
