The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with shipping included, France for €7, and Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Italy and Sweden for €12.50 per order. We do not dropship outside Europe; buying stock is possible to more countries.

All partner prices exclude VAT. If you pay upfront by card, 21% Dutch VAT is added. With a valid VAT number and payment on account we invoice under the reverse charge, so 0%.

With dropshipping, shipping is included for the countries above. If you buy stock, shipping starts at €7.95 within the Netherlands and rises per country. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days in the Netherlands, 2 to 4 in Belgium and Germany and 3 to 5 in France, always from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

No. With dropshipping we ship discreetly and directly to your customer, without prices or an invoice in the parcel. To the outside world you are the seller.

Two cases, and they differ. <strong>If you buy in yourself</strong>, you have 30 days from delivery to return, even after trying a mask out — that is the point, you need to know what you are selling. The condition is that mask, accessories and original packaging come back complete and in good condition. Return shipping is at your own cost; we credit the trade price as soon as the parcel arrives. <strong>With dropshipping</strong>, your customer returns to our warehouse and unused and unopened applies, as with any web shop return. There too the return shipping is at the sender's cost, so include that in your own terms. Everything carries a 2-year warranty. You register it in your partner portal.

The mask is CE marked, with declarations for RoHS, EMC and LVD. The wavelengths have also been measured by an independent lab using an HP350FR spectrometer. Just ask and we will send them over.

We do not have a direct Shopify or WooCommerce integration yet. You place each order in your partner portal with your customer's address, and it goes to our fulfilment the same day. If volume grows, let us know and we will look into an integration.

If the mask does not convince you, you have 30 days to return it — even after trying it out, as long as the mask and packaging are complete and in good condition. Measured by an independent lab with an HP350FR spectrometer, per programme: purple (461 and 630 nm) 66.2 mW/cm² and 59.6 J/cm² per session, blue (458 nm) 34.5 mW/cm² and 31.1 J/cm², red (640 nm) 28.6 mW/cm² and 25.7 J/cm², near-infrared (854 nm) 18.7 mW/cm² and 16.8 J/cm², yellow (595 nm) 8.6 mW/cm² and 7.7 J/cm². That is measured at the skin, not the theoretical LED output most brands advertise — which runs two to three times higher. Most home devices deliver 1 to 30 mW/cm². We send the measurement report on request.

A session lasts 15 minutes and stops automatically. Three to four times a week for the first weeks, then once or twice a week to maintain the result. There is no cap on the number of sessions, but more often or longer adds nothing: above the optimal dose the effect levels off. With light-sensitive medication, during pregnancy or with a skin condition, consult a doctor first.
