Shipping costs
Shipping is free to all EU countries and the United Kingdom (and to Monaco, Andorra, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Vatican City, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey). Switzerland, Norway and Iceland: €9.95. United States and Canada: €24.95. Other countries: €49.95. You always see the shipping costs at checkout before you pay.
Outside the EU
Outside the EU, import duties and VAT of the destination country may apply. You pay these on delivery.
Delivery time
Netherlands: 1–3 working days. Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany: 2–4 working days. Rest of the EU: 3–7 working days. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland: 4–8 working days. United States, Canada and further: 7–14 working days.
Shipping method
We ship with a reputable carrier (for example PostNL or DHL), chosen per shipment. You will receive a track & trace code by email as soon as your parcel has been shipped.
Damage during transport
