Whether you have a question before you place your order or have just received your SolarMask — we’re here to help. Most of the questions we receive are about:

  • Your order & delivery — status, track & trace, or a change of address.
  • Usage & results — which colour setting to use when, how often, and what you can realistically expect.
  • Returns & warranty — our 30-day returns policy and 2-year warranty.
  • Collaborate — press, content or a partnership with SolarMask.

SolarMask is a small, dedicated team: we use the mask ourselves and know the products inside out. That means you won’t get a standard, scripted reply, but advice tailored to your situation.
